These were manufactured to customer drawings and have many holes and bends.
Project Notes:
Drawing Review: Before production, we reviewed the drawings and evaluated different manufacturing
options to control cost.
Hole Processing: The original design used laser cutting. With a high hole count, the cost would be
high. We suggested switching to punching, which significantly reduced production cost.
Forming: After punching, the parts were shape-bent with stable dimensional sizes and good
uniformity.
Finishing: Powder coating as the client's requirement.
Assembly: We completed the assembly and delivered ready-to-use parts.
This project shows how we help customers solve manufacturing issues early, optimize processes, and reduce cost through
one-stop sheet metal service, from drawing review to finishing and assembly.
If you have complex sheet metal drawings or cost concerns, we can help you work through them.
