Precision Stainless Steel Bracket CNC Machining Case - Gas Turbine System

We are talking about a custom stainless steel mounting bracket that is used in a gas turbine control system. This Precision Stainless Steel Bracket is like a support for the actuation mechanism. It needs to be very stable and have accurate hole positioning so that it can be assembled properly.

Key Challenges

The process we used was -axis CNC machining.

For the future we are thinking of using a forged blank plus CNC machining to improve the cost efficiency of the custom Precision Stainless Steel Bracket.
