Metal and engineering plastic parts with tight-tolerance CNC turning.
100% precision lathe work in our factory – from small to large components.
Batch-to-batch quality consistency (ISO 9001:2015 certified).
Our lathes run everything from small intricate parts to large complex shafts and sleeves.
Precision is consistent, with standard tolerances as lowest as 0.008 mm for high-volume manufacturing.
Consistency from order to order is guaranteed through in-process record, final inspection and process routing
records.

Material & Surface Finishing
We can process materials such as: stainless, carbon steels, copper, aluminum, brass, and other engineering plastics.
The surface can be treated by polishing, milling, grinding, anodizing and plating for both decorative appearance and
functional activities.
Cast or forged components are outsourced, but we manage all suppliers closely to ensure dimensional accuracy and
timely
delivery.
All CNC turning is done in our shop and we have the ability to oversee your part from material preparation through
machining, inspection and shipping. This will guarantee a uniform consistency from batch to batch and make it
easy to
update, when necessary.
Critical dimensions are checked through CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspections. Inspection data and reports
are
maintained, with records available on a batch basis for full traceability under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
This marriage of in-house control, precision inspection, and documented quality guarantees every part will be to
specs
and produced dependably—in the number one hundreds or tens of thousands.
Case Study: Precision Pump Shafts for EBARA (Japan)
Client: EBARA, Japan
Component: Water pump shafts
Materials & Process: Carbon steel + 304 stainless steel, Friction-welded for solid fingers, CNC turning+grinding
Essential Requirements: Critical dimension examination, mass production with tolerance of ±0.008 mm, surface finish
to
be flawless
Highlights:
Entirely in-house CNC turning allows rapid response to design changes, ensuring new versions are incorporated
smoothly into production
Strict batch control maintains consistent precision and scratch-free surface quality across all runs
CNC turning is ideal for cylindrical parts, small-diameter holes, threads, and symmetric axial features. We handle
high aspect ratios and deep bores that many suppliers cannot.
Typical applications: bearings, bushings, sleeves, precision shafts, medical implants, industrial fittings.
