Critical Dimensions: Multi-dimensional checks Surface Finish: No scratches Tight Tolerances: ±0.008 mm Production Volume: Multiple – Tailored for customer requirements
Project Highlights:
● Carbon steel and 304 series stainless steel were joined by pressure friction welding to form a smooth bond with no loss of strength or performance.
● Every shaft performed strict dimensional control, at a lot of crucial parts, to instead have for even mass production an accuracy of ±0.008 mm.
● Surface finishing was meticulously controlled to ensure ideal, scratchless surfaces.
● During a 4-year collaboration, we developed close to 10 different types of shafts for EBARA. Every revision and design change was smoothly incorporated into our manufacturing process – flexibility and quick response to engineering changes on display.
● 100% In-House Machining and Controlled supplier allowing constant quality, stable for batch running, and delivery in time during the whole project.
This job showcases our: Refinement in difficult CNC turned parts, consistency between production runs of the same part,
and process room for ongoing product variations for customers.
