This project shows how mold analysis and DFM review are carried out before production.
Based on the part drawing and application requirements, key factors such as material behavior, shrinkage ratio, hole
structure, draft angles, and parting line were evaluated at the tooling stage.
Potential manufacturing risks were identified early, and practical modification suggestions were made to improve
mold reliability, dimensional stability, and batch consistency.
Thanks to the clear mold structure verification and injection scheme design, a product was prepared for the stable
MIM production from first attempt without any needless trial-and-error.
