Material
The A380 aluminum alloy is adopted in the thin-wall structure due to its well casting performance and good stability. Broadly used for automotive die casting components.
Key mounting areas are CNC machined for precision assembly.
Process
This fin structure and housing body are formed together in a one-piece using high-pressure die casting.
Dimensional stability is improved when T5 heat treatment is used.
Surface Treatment
A working surface treatment to promote corrosion resistance ( hard anodizing with red dye) is also applied.
Functional faces fail to have a cosmetic finish for accurate mating.
Application
Utilized in EV motor cooling systems and industrial thermal management components where lightweight and stable production performance are needed.
