If the quantity is small, the surface of CNC machining must be high and accurate. If the price is low or a sample mold is required, it can also be trimmed by CNC. Otherwise more suitable for die casting + polishing + plating.
Surface finishes can be customized. Aluminum heat sinks can be anodized to improve corrosion resistance, surface hardness, and wear resistance; left as raw aluminum; or coated in a variety of colors.
